The radiation-cured coatings (RC) are formulations of components containing acrylic reactive groups that react with each other after exposure to high energy radiation (UV / EB).
Sidasa perform tailor-made developments. The paints developed are liquid nature, free of VOC's and HAP's. Transparent, colored, textured, gloss, matte paints etc are available. Most of the paints are developed for metal (3D and coil) and plastic (3D part). The performance of the coatings are very different depending on customer requirements: high elasticity, high hardness, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, resistance to moisture, water, temperature, chemical agents etc.
This product range is called UV UNILAC.
